"Taking the "ICK" out of Ev-ICK-ton"

Course Description: 

This 3 hour CE class, taught by NARPM Atlanta General Counsel Monica Gilroy and Matt Totten, will focus on the effects of bankruptcy and foreclosure on the leasing and eviction process. The class will review the fundamentals of the eviction, bankruptcy and foreclosure processes, with an eye on property management. The class will explore current challenges in evictions such as sovereign citizens, HB 834 (domestic violence lease termination) and HB 346 (no retaliation by landlord). Matt and Monica’s interactive and high energy presentation is a must attend for all NARPM members and their staff!
